A core benefit for NZIM subscribers is access to the selection of spaces at Leadership House, that includes three different sized conference rooms, to accommodate your next work conference or training event.

Room Hire for our NZIM subscribers includes access to NZIM business lounge and kitchen and full event coordination and support. There are no additional charges for data projectors or white boards.
You have total flexibility with the room configuration whether you require a learning, conference, meeting or social event set-up. We work with you to ensure your needs are met.
Conveniently Located
Being located on Blenheim Road, Christchurch, means we are close to the city centre and readily accessible from the airport.
We offer free carparking onsite and disabled access.
Gourmet Catering
We can provide access to an excellent caterer, or you are welcome to bring your own catering in for your event.
Business Lounge
The NZIM Business Lounge is also available to NZIM Subscribers throughout the day without prior booking, should you wish to secure a meeting room, please book in advance. Due to our own programme schedule taking priority, available of some spaces may be limited.
As per our Terms of Hire, we also respectfully ask that the purpose of room hire avoids conflict with NZIM leadership development programme material.
Our usual business hours for room hire are 8.30am - 4.30pm. Room hire is available outside of these hours on request.
